What Personal Data and Images Does SGI Collect?

Online and Website:
The personal and business data is only received from visitors seeking more information or (potential clients) interested in hiring SGI for service(s). They supply data by filling out the Contact Us or the Request A Quote pages. The type of data visitors and potential clients provide depends on the form/page filled out:
- Contact Us form/page:
- Name (First and Last)
- Company (if applicable)
- Mobile Contact number (and business number)
- Comments and questions visitors need answered.

- A detailed description of the project and whether or not the potential client has content (i.e., client’s raw video, photos, and graphics.)
If a client or visitor fills out the Request A Quote or Contact Us form, SGI will retain the information until an SGI Representative contacts them. If the visitor becomes a client, the information the new client provides becomes part of our secure data on the client to help SGI complete the client’s current and future projects and for SGI marketing, promotion, and sales. This information does not apply to client financial information used to make payments and deposits. SGI discards all client financial information after SGI receives the final balance payment unless the client authorizes the retention of the financial information. Retaining the financial information may occur with long-term Retainer Agreement clients.
Social Media:
We use various Social Media sites, which SGI does not own or control, to promote and market our content. If you log in to these sites to view our content, they may use cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. They have their only legal setup and privacy policy. SGI recommends carefully reading their privacy policy.
Payments:
All financial personal and business data, including credit and debit card information, are only used for collecting agreed deposits and final payments on outstanding balances. SGI does not keep personal or business financial information on individual or business finances unless the client authorizes the retention of the financial information. Retaining the financial information may occur with long-term Retainer Agreement clients.

When a visitor or client leaves a comment or description or fills out our Request A Quote or Contact Us forms, they can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about them, including any data visitors or clients have provided us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. However, this does not include any data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
