The Creative Production Process
Our creative production process centers on our core principles and six essential benchmarks for the complete image to reach its goal. Whether you have your team or use ours, we understand this is an evolving process; these six areas are vital to becoming exceptional storytellers and image creators and maintaining our quest to achieve our company vision. Even the most minor, straightforward, small-budget projects must go through the entire process. The six benchmarks include Research, Planning, Clarity, Conformation, Alignment, and Pass.
Research
Thorough, accurate, and patient investigation, knowing precisely what the client wants and their goals and objectives, is vital to the foundation and success of any project. Research is the model that determines whether a product or project will achieve its goal or fail (Examples: Pixar, Marvel, and Apple).
Planning
Planning has two parts: Incubation and Preparation. After the information is digested from the Research benchmark, incubation (development phase) is essential to gain a fresh perspective. Depending on time constraints, incubation will vary in duration. Accurate patient preparation (pre-production) is vital. Every project step is carefully blueprinted and documented with the client’s input from beginning to delivery.
Clarity
Two actions occur during this benchmark: Evaluation and the Genesis of Creativity. These actions adjust and fluctuate depending on the type of project. With Evaluation, all the information gathered from the previous benchmarks, Research, and Planning is transformed into ideas and concepts. The Genesis of Creativity can occur anytime during the Clarity benchmark after looking at the ideas and concepts from various angles and times during this phase of Clarity.
Conformation
This benchmark ensures that all stakeholders stay on a correct collaborative path. Additionally, within each benchmark is embedded a clarity stage to increase efficiency.
Alignment
Alignment is straightforward when Conformation, the last benchmark, is achieved. Based on this achievement, we merge the various mental and physical elements to form a new image.
Pass
This final benchmark covers everything from last-minute QC (Quality Control) to final approval to deliver or pass the completed project/image to the client.

Investing Knowledge into The Community
For Students with Learning Disabilities:
We are developing a unique paid internship and apprenticeship program for students with learning disabilities who are high school seniors and college students or who have acquired a GED. This program focuses on providing each student with hands-on business environment experience. This experience will enhance their foundation built under vital prior knowledge of business decorum, business social structures, day-to-day basic operations, and various communication skills within a work environment. These ingredients are essential to each student’s business knowledge and vital tools to survive in the workplace. They are crucial to social and business communication readiness within a workplace environment. The internship will have these components:
- Communication:
- Email and Phone Etiquette
- Basic verbal communication skills with fellow employees and clients
- Differences in business social skills in various work environments and how each skill and the environment interact
- Day-to-day operations
- Personal Hygiene
- Financial responsibility involving paycheck, banking, and bill pay
- Health care
- Accountability and time management

We partnered with New Horizons Institute-Los Angeles to help them build a vocational college in Los Angeles. Once the institute is built, SGI will provide a business internship and apprenticeship program through its career and personal development department.
