Case Study in Detail: The Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles
The president of sales and marketing of the hotel wanted to offer visitors and customers an interactive experience, including learning about the hotel’s history, the hotel’s amenities, surrounding attractions, transportation, and other essential businesses surrounding the hotel.
We use our UX-UI design services and create DVDs.
After researching the hotel’s history and amenities, the businesses surrounding the area, and transportation resources to and from the hotel, we worked with the sales and marketing team to gather information about their visitors and customers. Then, we created a flowchart for interactive end-to-end usage of the various DVD menus.
With the rich historical background of the the hotel, we created a video presentation to add to the DVD.
